Brand new apartment in an old building from 1935. This newly furnished studio apartment in Downtown Charm Reykjavik is located in the basement of Grundarstígur 17, close to Reykjavik’s main shopping street.
Sleeps 2 people, very cosy new apartment in a great location, a charming place to spend your vacation. You can walk from the apartment to all of the old city’s main attractions and best downtown restaurants.
A very quiet neighbourhood, but within walking distance of the daily bustle of the city.
The parking is on Grundarstígur, the street in front of the building.
Next to Hlemmur, Hallgrímskirkja, Laugavegur, Skólavörðustígur, Tjörnin, and Hljómskálagarður
Close to the City Hall, by the parking area, you’ll find the pick-up stop for sightseeing day tours. We recommend many day tours and you’ll find some of our touring suggestions here
There are many nice restaurants close to the apartment, such as NAT Kitchen healthy food, Jamie´s restaurant, Apótekið, Kopar, Gott, and the Italian Essensia restaurant, among others.
The Krónan Supermarket at Hallveigarstígur is just 2 minutes’ walk away.
You can walk from the apartment to all the main spots in Reykjavik’s old city and to all the best restaurants downtown. A perfect location, a very quiet neighbourhood but within walking distance of the city’s daily bustle.
The next bus stop location is at Hotel Holt (BSÍ Main bus terminal) or Inga's new Guest Apartments on Bergstaðastræti (Bus Stop 8 Hallgrímskirkja)

New comfortable double bed, new flat screen TV, Apple TV, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. The door to the apartment is behind the building and labelled Askja.
Nice big waterfall shower head, high-quality bed and.
All the furniture’s are new as well as every other equipment in the apartment.
Note the height of the ceiling is 205 cm.

Location, location, location… Perfect! And the apartment itself is very beautiful and has everything you need and more. Than You for making our Iceland experience so great! Apartments location is really, really good and You have thought every little detail to make your guests feel welcome and enjoy their trip ?? We slept like babies and could not hear any noise from the streets outside.
The space is great! Wonderful central location between the downtown area & the BSI bus station which is how we split our time. There is a mini mart right up the road that’s open later than the regular grocery stores. Hosts are quick to reply & very helpful with explaining details beforehand & following up throughout the stay.
