Great location in the Centre of Reykjavík, just in front of the City Hall and Tjörnin. Very spacious, warm, cosy, comfortable and the ideal place to spend your holidays in Iceland.
This 103 square feet apartment is fully equipped and sleeps, 6 people. Renovated in May 2017 and located in a charming old building in the heart of Reykjavík.
The apartment is on the 1st floor, at a walking distance from all the best restaurants and the main sites to visit in Reykjavík.
You’ll find everything you need in the apartment, including a well-equipped kitchen where you can make yourself some nice meals. Fully furnished, this three-bedroom apartment in Downtown Charm Reykjavik is on the first floor of Tjarnargata 10a, close to Reykjavik’s main shopping street, Laugavegur.
Many nice restaurants are nearby and we recommend the Gott restaurant, Apótekið, Essensia, as well as the Kopar fish restaurant and Grillmarkaðurinn, which are all excellent, as are many others we list on our front page.
The parking is in the basement of the City Hall and also in the street in front of the building. The Bónus supermarket is just 5 minutes’ walk away on Hallveigarstígur.
Next bus stop location is BUS STOP 1 - CITY HALL 2 min walk
The location is ideal in a very quiet neighbourhood that is nevertheless just a walking distance away from the city’s daily bustle.

Room 1: for 2 people has 2x 90 cm beds with a small wardrobe and a small bathroom with a waterfall shower head.
Room 2: for 3 people has 2x 90 cm beds with a big wardrobe
Room 3: for 2 people has 2x 90 cm beds
1 baby crib and duvet and an extra mattress for small kids up to 4 years old
Fully equipped kitchen and the living room is a big dining table for 6 to have a nice meal, a big flat TV screen, Apple TV and free Wifi. There are three steps to the front door and you open it with keys that you access in the key box, the apartment is labelled Reykjavik.
The bigger bathroom is equipped with a nice big waterfall showerhead, and the beds in the rooms are of high quality. This fully equipped apartment has everything you’ll need for your wonderful vacation and the furniture is very comfortable.
Tenants can check in 24 hours a day, the key box is on the handrail beside the external entrance. We’ll send you the key code when you confirm your reservation.

We are not on the spot and only interact with the tenants through email on Airbnb or Booking, we reply a.s.a.p. and you can either email us at [email protected] or call our Service provider at +354-547-1010
The keys are in the key box and we’ll send the code and detailed info when guests confirm their reservation. You can make the reservation through our website www.downtowncharm.is or through Airbnb, HomeAway, Expedia, and Booking. You can access the garden via the basement.
The parking is in the City Hall’s secured parking lot and costs a little extra. Please note: the parking lot is closed from midnight to 7 am. If you need to leave earlier to catch a flight then just park on the street.

We had a wonderful stay at Daníel and Ólöf’s place. The apartment was sparkling clean and the location was the best. We were able to walk to most places all over Reykjavík from the location. Thank you for your hospitality!
The apartment we rented from Daniel & Olof was first rate. As two couples from America, who have never been to Iceland, we were so happy that the apartment met our expectations. We were impressed with the ease of checking in and loved the location. We could walk to all the highlights Reykjavik had to offer. There was plenty of room for the four of us. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were large and spacious. We rented a car and parked easily across the street in city parking. We loved our five days in Reykjavik and thank Daniel and Olof for helping to make this visit easy and enjoyable.
Great place to stay! Could not have asked for a better location, right across from a bus stop that picks up for day trips and in short walking distance to restaurants!
